Company Overview LymTal International was formed by Frank Lymburner and Magdy Talaat, two senior managers of the Harry S. Peterson Co., a nationally known manufacturer and installer of polyurethane waterproofing products, established in 1929. In 1994, LymTal purchased the manufacturing, research and warehousing facilities of the Peterson Company, and absorbed much of the experienced workforce at these facilties. Today, LymTal International continues to manufacture and distribute sealants, coatings, sealers and expansion joints to the construction industry under the Iso-Flex trade name. In addition, LymTal has expanded it role, and now provides private labeling, toll manufacturing and toll packaging services.
